Blog Update - New Option - Feb 12 2008

On the blogs, under settings, under comments, you can now have more than one person notified when a comment is made: You can enter up to ten email addresses, separated by commas. We will email these addresses when someone leaves a comment on your blog.
This WA Horizons Blog contains photos of Blog workshops & info primarily for participants after workshops, and anyone else.

uPDATES to Blogger Since Nov 7 2007

1. People you want to invite to be an author or administrator for your Horizons community blog, must now have a gmail email account; free at http://www.google.com/ , then click on Gmail up to the left of the Google logo, and then click on Sign Up in the lower right. Gmail = Google mail; Blogger is Google's.

2. Under Settings, Basic, there is a new option: Adult Content? and your options are Yes, No. If a blog contains "adult content" then yes is selected and a warning will pop up before anyone can go into the blog.

3. Under Settings, Comments, you are asked who can comment? and you now have 4 choices: Anyone, Registered Users, Users with Google Accounts, & Only Members of this Blog.

Your Input is Needed - Thank you.

When a little time has passed after your participation in one of the Horizons Blog Workshops, please go to http://yourinput.horizonsblogging.sgizmo.com/ and complete a survey about your experience at the Horizons Blog Workshop. I am always hoping the workshops are beneficial and am always looking for ways to improve the workshops. Thank you. Anita
PS http://www.sgizmo.com/ is where you can create a survey - and of course it's free.
